- 24-hour, 7- day per week emergency response services
- NPL responders will leave the location where the equipment is maintained within an hour of notification

- Squeeze-off tools
- Fusion equipment
- Hand tools for digging
- Emergency pre-tested pipe
- Combustible gas indicator and locator
- High Intensity lighting for night work
- Equipment for pressure testing and recording results
- Backhoe, pneuma-gopher and air compressor with dehydration equipment
- Any other materials or equipment needed to ensure customers safety and quality
- All specified emergency equipment would be maintained in a ready-for-use state at all times
