At your request, NPL will also provide up-front design services through completed as-built drawings and final record administration.

NPL will meet with your project developers to define the specific needs and timetable. We will then contact all the utilities to plan, design and schedule the project. NPL will manage the excavation and installation process, utilizing our own craftsmen (and others if appropriate) to complete the installation on time and on budget. We will keep you updated throughout the entire process with regular status reports. Final as-built drawings and record administration will be provided at your request.
