Why did John join NPL? He saw a contractor with a people-first, team-oriented approach.

“When I started in the industry, the standard was to maintain a rift between the laborers and the management. NPL entered the east coast with a much different approach . . . and I saw opportunity there.

“NPL believed that the work should be done as a team and that responsibility should be driven down as far as possible. NPL really allowed each employee to take as much responsibility as he or she wanted and could reasonable handle.”

That’s why John believes success is available to every employee.
